Schedule

Seating & Pictures: 6:00 p.m.
Meal: 7:00 p.m. Promptly
Program, Skits, Etc: 7:30 p.m.
Seating is assigned “1st come 1st served.” If you want to sit with friends, both you & they must request to be seated together. We will honor requests if possible.

Attendees must be junior high/high school age or older (13 and up).
Dress is formal or semi-formal. Attire must be modest.

Groups or individuals wanting to perform must email Gary Hargraves at by Monday, May 29, with a brief detailed description of their proposed performance including the following.
1. Title & theme
2. Content
3. Number of individuals involved
4. Duration of performance
5. Name and phone of contact individual
All performances are subject to prior approval for appropriateness, duration, and time slot availability and may be declined.
